Hydration Importance

Incorporating a basic sweat test during a run will help us discover what type of "sweater" you are. This is detrimental to hydration and sodium intake during training and most importantly those hot summer Ultras.

Race Day Fuel Plan

Feel like your whole training block goes well then on race day you suffer from Gi issues? EnduraFuel will write you a personalized meal plan the week of your race including your carbohydrate loading. Along with a printable "RACE DAY FUEL PLAN" you'll receive a recovery meal plan the week after to ensure proper recovery and hydration.

Fuelling on race day is a task, but consistency with proper nutrition on a daily basis will be what gets you to the venue showing up the strongest athlete you can be. We will also work together to alter varying foods in training, from gels to liquid hydration and even real foods like a PB & J!
