My name is Tyra Houle and I am a certified Endurance Sports Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach. I would love to help you achieve any and all of your goals from running your first 50 km to cycling the Gran Fondo and diving into a new weightloss journey!

I first fell in love with fitness and nutrition nine years ago. I can't remember what life was like before I found my true passion in life. The way nutrition and food can help heal, evolve and turn you into the best version of yourself is the main reason I founded EnduraFuel.

From Spartan Racing in Age Group to Tough Mudder, finishing the Toronto Waterfront 1/2 Marathon in 2:16:00 and finally knocking off my first 50Km distance in 2023, I have gained knowledge from personal experience along with continual education to guide you in your next big endeavour. 

 

This introduces my reason for coaching - helping clients reach goals and achievements specific to them and no one else. Whether you're an endurance athlete, looking to crush your next 100km without fear of cut-offs or living a sustainable lifestyle, I'm here for you.
